Licensing and Support User Licenses are designed to be as flexible as possible, with monthly pricing to make budgeting easy, and include all upgrades FREE. Comprehensive support is provided by telephone, Skype or email.

There are two types of licence, Single User and Practice Manager.
The Single User License covers one individual, who has 24/7/365 access to the system from anywhere in the world on up to 3 registered devices. Secure data storage is unlimited. The Practice Manager License covers up to 5 users, one of whom is set up as a Master User. The Master User is solely responsible for the administration of his or her Users, and all have 24/7/365 access to the system from anywhere in the world on up to 3 registered devices per user. Secure data storage is unlimited. Single Users can upgrade at any time to the Practice Manager License, by simply paying the difference in price between the two levels. Practice Managers can add extra users in multiples of three at any time by simply paying the additional User Module price. Additional User Modules are not available to Single User License Holders.
